Research and Development Policy
Research & Development is one of the core pillars of Kataria Group for ensuring that we are a step ahead of others in terms of development related to building construction. Our focus is to adopt new techniques in making the building structure lighter but at the same time improving it’s construction quality and various structural aspects.
We were one of the earliest companies analyzing the concept of voided slabs and is application vis-a-vis feasibility in the Indian market scenario. Various techniques have been studied from our side for onsite monitoring of concrete quality using fundamentals of maturity methods.
Safety Policy
“Safety First” is the most important aspect of Kataria Group. We ensure all the aspects related to safety measure are covered and implemented at each stage of execution.
All the necessary safety work equipment, personal protection are provided by the client. These equipment are regularly sanitised, repaired and replaced when needed to ensure that no employee is faced with any danger. Also, necessary arrangements have been made to ensure immediate medical services given to employees in the event of any injury. The company provides safe, healthy and hygienic working conditions to their employees. Regular training is given to upgrade the workforce and also the entire process is inspected and necessary steps are taken to ensure the implementation by the workforce.
We believe that 99% of accidents happen due to negligence and could be prevented with proper knowledge, adherence and a non-compromise approach towards the work.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
The management of Kataria Strongly believes in the principle of “Giving Back to Society” and has been involved in various CSR activities over the years. We totally believe that it is every individual’s prime responsibility to try their best and make our universe a better place. Hence it is important that each individual needs to be compassionate towards other human being. Through our small initiatives, we provide sustainable nature for our existing as well as future generations.
